“共情”视角下我国冰雪体育赛事治理研究

Research on the Management of Ice and Snow Sports Events in China from the Perspective of"Empathy"

在冰雪体育赛事治理当中通过“共情”的视角观察,能够更加深入地了解运动员、观众和相关利益群体的需求和期望,能根据相关利益群体的需要及时对冰雪体育赛事的治理方式以及构建模式进行改进与创新。为此该文采用文献资料法等研究方法,以“共情”视角下中国冰雪体育赛事治理的意义为切入点,在分析中国冰雪体育赛事治理中主要问题的基础上,提出了“共情”视角下中国冰雪体育赛事治理的提升路径。希望可以进一步提升中国冰雪体育赛事的质量和水平,全面推动中国冰雪体育事业的健康发展。

Through the observation of empathy in the governance of ice and snow sports events,we can have a deeper understanding of the needs and expectations of athletes,spectators and relevant interest groups,and can timely improve and innovate the governance mode and construction mode of ice and snow sports events according to the needs of relevant interest groups.Therefore,this paper adopts the literature method and other research methods,and takes the significance of ice and snow sports events in China from the perspective of"empathy"as a breakthrough point.On the basis of analyzing the main problems in the governance of ice and snow sports events in China,this paper puts forward the improvement path of the governance of ice and snow sports events in China from the perspective of empathy".It is hoped that the quality and level of snow and ice sports events in China can be further promoted,and the healthy development of snow and ice sports events in China can be comprehensively promoted.
