高山滑雪课程陆雪结合模式的应用研究——以张家口学院为例 被引量:1

Application Research on Land and Snow Combination Model in Alpine Skiing Courses——Take Zhangjiakou University as an Example

摘要 随着2022北京冬奥会的成功举办,冰雪运动进校园成为时代需求,尤其冬奥之城张家口理应让冰雪运动覆盖校园,使其成为张家口学校的体育名片。因此该文借助后冬奥时代冰雪运动进校园这一国家重要发展战略,以高山滑雪课程为研究点,以建构主义、创新教育、协调共生理论为支撑,提出高山滑雪陆雪结合模式主要采取3D模拟滑雪仪陆地教学+传统高山滑雪雪上教学手段这一创新性理论,运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实地考察法、实验法对张家口学院体育学院2020级学生开展教学实验。结果显示:高山滑雪陆雪结合模式应用实验后,学生滑行重心引申节奏、回转时机、协调流畅性等教学效果的实验组与对照组存在显著差异,且实验组教学效果优于对照组。学生滑行基本姿势、控制速度、回转弧度等方面实验组与对照组无显著差异。由此可见,高山滑雪陆雪结合模式应用弥补了传统教学手段的不足,有效缩短雪季教学时间,提高学生学习效率,有效提升教学质量,为高校高山滑雪课程普及推广提供新途径。 With the successful holding of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics,ice and snow sports into the campus has become the demand of the Times,especially the Winter Olympic city Zhangjiakou should cover the campus with ice and snow sports,making it the sports business card of Zhangjiakou schools.Therefore,with the help of the national important development strategy of ice and snow sports to campus in the post-Winter Olympics era,this paper takes alpine skiing course as the research point,and is supported by constructivism,innovative education and coordinated symbiosis theory,and proposes the innovative theory of land and snow combination model in alpine skiing,which mainly adopts 3D simulated ski equipment land teaching and traditional alpine skiing and snow teaching methods.The teaching experiment of Class 2020 students of Physical Education College of Zhangjiakou University was carried out by the method of literature,expert interview,field investigation and experiment.The results showed that there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the teaching effect of the land and snow combination model,and the teaching effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in terms of the students 'basic gliding posture,control speed and turning arc.It can be seen that the application of land and snow combination model in alpine skiing makes up for the shortcomings of traditional teaching methods,effectively shortens the teaching time in the snow season,stimulates the learning efficiency of students,effectively improves the teaching quality,and provides a new way for the popularization and promotion of alpine skiing courses in colleges and universities.
