核心素养下高中体育教学方式的优化策略研究

Research on Optimization Strategy of High School Physical Education Teaching Mode Under the Core Accomplishment

随着教育改革不断深化发展,核心素养已经成为各阶段各学科教育培养的重要内容,这就要求在高中阶段体育教学过程中,教师不仅要关注体育知识、体育技巧技能的学习,还应让学生在积极锻炼中强身健体,以体育技能提升为目标,完成体育情感、团结意识以及正确价值观的正向建立。当前高中体育教学专项化课程建设已经成为体育核心素养培养的重要途径,体育专项化教学更加关注学生生理和心理发展规律,充分考虑学生的兴趣和天赋,搭建以学校为基础的系统化、多样化的体育课堂,有效激发学生的参与积极性,锻炼学生掌握一至两项运动技能,培养他们把体育融入自己的生活,建立良好健康的运动习惯。该文以高中体育学科核心素养的基本教学内容为背景,探究高中体育教学中培养核心素养的重要意义,提出核心素养下高中体育教学方式的优化策略,以此构建多样化体育课堂形式,促进高中学生全面成长与发展。

With the continuous deepening development of education reform,core literacy has become an important part of the education and training of various subjects at all stages,which requires that in the process of physical education teaching in high school,teachers should not only pay attention to the learning of physical education knowledge and physical education skills,but also let students strengthen their bodies through active exercise,with the goal of the improvement of sports skills,and complete the positive establishment of sports emotions,sense of unity and correct values.At present,the construction of special courses for high school physical education has become an important way to cultivate core sports literacy.Specialized sports teaching pays more attention to the laws of students'physical and psychological development,fully considers students'interests and talents,and builds a school-based classroom with systematization and diversification.The physical education class can effectively stimulate students'enthusiasm for participation,train students to master one or two sports skills,train them to integrate sports into their lives.and establish good and healthy exercise habits.Based on the basic teaching content of the core literacy of high school physical education,this article explores the significance of cultivating core literacy in high school physical education teaching,and proposes an optimization strategy for high school physical education teaching methods under the core literacy.so as to build a variety of physical education classroom forms and promote the comprehensive growth and development of high school students.
