Sports experiment teaching is to explore the relationship between human movement and mechanical movement through the analysis of the influence of sports development model on the human body shape and structure.At the same time,this is also a very practical teaching topic.Physical education experiment teaching is a good teaching method combining sports practice with theory,and its teaching quality will be directly affect studentslearning results and the physical education professional courses in the future.Based on that,this paper takes the reform of physical education experiment teaching as the research object,introduces the overview and significance of physical education experiment teaching,and then analyzes the problems existing in the physical education experiment teaching,and puts forward some measures based on those problems for the reference by relevant personnel.
