高校学生游泳课程现状调查与研究

Investigation and Research on Current Situation of Swimming Course for College Students

游泳这项体育运动项目一直以来都备受广大人群的喜爱,特别是在中国颁布了全民健身纲要之后,游泳运动更是被列为大众健身中的重要体育运动项目,并进行了推广和普及。然而随着游泳运动的不断发展和普及,一些安全事故时有发生,导致游泳运动在高校体育课堂的开展中存在着各种的问题和困难。因此该文通过采用文献资料法、问卷调查法等方法,对包头师范学院目前游泳课程开展现状及存在的问题进行调查。

Swimming is a sport that has always been loved by broader population.Especially after the promulgation of the national fitness program in our country,swimming has been listed as an important sports item in public fitness,and has been promoted and popularized.However,with the continuous development and popularization of swimming sports,some hidden safety incidents also occur from time to time,resulting in various problems and difficulties in the development of swimming sports in physical education classes in colleges and universities.Therefore,this paper conducted an investigation and research on the current situation and problems of swimming courses in Baotou Normal University by the methods of literature and questionnaire.
