考虑变速器结构影响的曲轴计算分析

摘要 对某发动机传动链中的曲轴进行了仿真计算分析。考虑到曲轴后端双质量飞轮、离合器、变速器主轴、变速器壳体、油底壳等零部件刚度、转动惯量、弯矩对仿真计算分析结果产生影响,对零部件进行了模型缩减,优化了轴瓦型线,降低了热负荷、总压力及表面粗糙接触压力。仿真计算分析结果表明,曲轴最小疲劳因子满足设计要求。 The crankshaft in the transmission chain of the engine is simulated and analyzed.The influence of stiffness,moment of inertia and bending moment of the crankshaft dual mass flywheel,clutch,transmission spindle,transmission housing and oil pan on the simulation results are considered.Thus the model of the parts is reduced,the bush line is optimized,and the heat load,total pressure and rough contact pressure are reduced.The simulation results show that the minimum fatigue factor of crankshaft meets the design requirements.
