摘要
介绍了发动机正时链条张紧器的工作原理及其在低速时产生敲击噪声的机理,对3款机型正时链条张紧器低速敲击噪声降低方法进行了研究。结果表明:减少机油泄出量增大正时链条张紧器阻尼力、增大正时链条张紧器单向阀进油量和增设低压储油腔、增大主油道机油压力,均可有效降低正时链条张紧器低速敲击噪声;增大正时链条张紧器柱塞弹簧力,可有效降低发动机起动时正时链条张紧器敲击噪声。
The working principle and abnormal sound mechanism of the timing chain tensioner at the low speed are introduced.Based on three engines,the way to reduce knocking noise of tensioner at low-speed is studied.The conclusions are as follows:Reducing the oil leakage increases the damping force of the chain tensioner,which can effectively reduce the low speed knocking noise;Increasing the oil intake of the one-way valve and enlarging the oil storage chamber can effectively improve the low speed knocking noise;Increasing the oil pressure of the main oil channel can effectively improve the knocking noise at low speed;Increasing the spring force of the tensioner plunger can effectively improve the knocking noise at startup.This study has a great significance to improve the NVH performance of the whole machine.
