摘要
某发动机在冷起动时产生哨声。根据零部件的频响特性,对该发动机进行了振动测试。通过对机体进行振动测试和分析,得出冷起动哨声产生的源头为曲轴驱动齿轮与平衡轴齿轮之间、2个平衡轴齿轮之间的间隙过小。适当加大曲轴与平衡轴中心距的公差以及2根平衡轴中心距的公差,可增加齿轮之间的啮合间隙,避免因齿隙过小产生哨声问题。
An engine whistled during cold start.According to the frequency response characteristics of parts,the vibration test of the engine was carried out.Through the vibration test and analysis of the engine block,it is concluded that the source of cold start whistle was that the clearance between crankshaft driving gear and balance shaft gear and that between two balance shaft gears were too small.Appropriately increasing the tolerance of center distance between crankshaft and balance shaft and the tolerance of center distance between two balance shafts can increase the meshing clearance between gears and avoid whistling caused by too small backlash.
