摘要
采用UPLC-MS/MS方法检测呋虫胺及其代谢物的残留量,通过设计四地田间试验分析枸杞中农药的消解动态及最终残留量,研究同时测定枸杞中呋虫胺及其代谢物的检测方法,分析其在枸杞上的残留情况,评估膳食摄入风险。结果表明:呋虫胺及其代谢物的标准曲线相关系数均大于0.999,平均回收率为78.6%~96.4%,RSD为0.41%~8.30%,定量限均为0.02 mg/kg;储藏稳定性试验结果表明,在低于-18℃条件下储藏11个月的试验期间,呋虫胺及其代谢物在枸杞鲜果、干果中均比较稳定;消解动态试验结果表明,宁夏、青海两地枸杞鲜果中均未检出呋虫胺代谢物DN和UF,宁夏、青海两地枸杞鲜果中呋虫胺的半衰期分别为2.9、3.7 d;最终残留试验结果表明,间隔期7 d,宁夏、青海、河北、新疆枸杞鲜果中呋虫胺及其代谢物的残留量为0~0.52 mg/kg,四地枸杞干果中呋虫胺及其代谢物的残留量为0~2.00 mg/kg;膳食风险评估结果表明,呋虫胺的膳食摄入风险为19.3%。该方法简便高效、准确实用,呋虫胺及其代谢物在枸杞中的稳定储藏期较长,按照推荐剂量正确使用,不会产生膳食摄入风险。
UPLC-MS/MS was applied to detect the residues of dinotefuran and its metabolites.Four field trials were designed to analyze the degradation dynamics and final residues of pesticides in LyciumbarbarumL.,and estimate the dietary intake risk.This study aims to establish an analytical method for simultaneous determination of dinotefuran and its metabolites in LyciumbarbarumL.,analyze its residues in LyciumbarbarumL.,and assess the dietary intake risk.The results showed that,the correlation coefficients of the standard curves of dinotefuran and its metabolites were all greater than 0.999,the average recovery rate was 78.6%~96.4%,the RSD was 0.41%~8.30%,and the LOQ was 0.02 mg/kg.The results of storage stability test showed that during the test period of 11 months under the condition of lower than-18℃,dinotefuran and its metabolites were relatively stable in the fresh and dried fruits of Lyciumbarbarum L..The results of digestion dynamic test showed that the metabolites DN and UF of dinotefuran were not detected in the fresh fruit of Lyciumbarbarum L.in Ningxia and Qinghai,and the half-life of dinotefuran in the fresh fruit of LyciumbarbarumL.in Ningxia and Qinghai were 2.9 days and 3.7 days,respectively.The final residue test results showed that the safe interval was 7 days,and the residue of dinotefuran and its metabolites in fresh fruits of LyciumbarbarumL.from Ningxia,Qinghai,Hebei and Xinjiang was 0~0.52 mg/kg,and the residue of dinotefuran and its metabolites in dried fruits of LyciumbarbarumL.from four places was 0~2.00 mg/kg.The results of dietary risk assessment showed that the dietary intake risk of dinotefuran was 19.3%.This method is simple,efficient,accurate,and practical.Dinotefuran and its metabolites have a long stable storage period in LyciumbarbarumL..There will be no risk of dietary intake if used correctly according to the recommended dosage.
