由生物燃料产生的柴油机排放

摘要 由于石油资源的逐渐枯竭,人们越来越需要寻找替代品,用以替代柴油机使用的柴油燃料。调查了各种生物柴油燃烧产生的排放物,监测参数包括颗粒质量、颗粒数(PN)、颗粒尺寸分布及主要排放气体(CO、CO_(2)和NO_(x))。柴油颗粒物(DPM)被认为是柴油机废气中最危险的成分,对人类健康有害,而且加速了气候变化的进程。因此,了解颗粒物排放的特征和组成非常重要,特别是作为柴油替代品的生物燃料。项目在一台重型6缸电控共轨涡轮增压柴油机上进行,使用纯柴油和不同成分比例的柴油/椰子油混合燃料。最后,分析和讨论了不同物理性质和化学成分的生物柴油的排放结果。 Due to the gradual depletion of fossil resources,there is a growing need for the adoption of alternatives that could supplement usage of diesel fuel inside diesel engines.This project investigated emissions produced by combustion of various biodiesel blends.Monitored parameters included particle mass,particle numbers(PN),size distribution and gases(CO,CO_(2),and NO_(x)).Diesel particulate matter(DPM)is considered to be the most hazardous component in diesel exhaust.PM is detrimental to human health and contributes to the process of climate change.Consequently,it is of utter importance to understand the characteristics and composition of particulate matter emissions,especially in the case of new fuels that act as candidates for diesel replacement.This project was conducted using a heavy-duty,6 cylinder,electrical common rail,turbo-charged engine,using pure diesel fuel and oil/coconut oil blend fuels of varying extender/diesel ratios.Finally,analysis and discuss were carried out on the emissions results of biodiesel fuels with different physical properties and chemical compositions.
