摘要
为促进香花油茶扦插生根,以香花油茶当年生半木质化枝条作为试材,采用830、1000、1250 mg/L 3种浓度水平的NAA、IBA、根盼、根太阳、75%浓度的酒精等对香花油茶插穗进行处理,研究不同激素及浓度对香花油茶扦插生根的影响,运用方差和主成分分析对扦插生根效果进行综合评价。结果表明,1250 mg/L浓度NAA溶液处理的综合得分最高,生根效果最好。
In order to promote the Camellia oleifera cutting,with the Camellia oleifera was half lignified branches as test,using 830,1000,1250 mg/L 3 concentration levels of NAA,IBA,root,sun,75%concentration of alcohol,study the influence of different hormones and concentration of Camellia oleifera cutting root,using variance and principal component analysis of cutting root effect comprehensive evaluation.The results showed that the NAA solution treatment with 1250 mg/L concentration had the highest combined score and the best rooting effect.
