运动宣教联合有氧蹬车运动对维持性血液透析患者负面情绪及睡眠障碍的影响

Effects of exercise education combined with aerobic stirrup exercise on negative emotions and sleep disorders in maintenance hemodialysis patients

目的 探讨运动宣教联合有氧蹬车运动对维持性血液透析患者抑郁、焦虑负面情绪及睡眠障碍的影响。方法 选取2023年3月~2023年9月我院血液透析室伴有焦虑、抑郁负面情绪及睡眠障碍的88例MHD患者作为研究对象,随机分为干预组、对照组,各44例。对照组给予常规血液透析治疗,干预组在常规血液透析的基础上进行运动知识宣教联合有氧蹬车运动干预。两组患者分别在干预前、后,填写MHD患者运动益处/障碍量表(DPEBBS)、抑郁自评表(SDS)、焦虑测试评分表(SAS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量量表(PSQI)。结果 干预6个月后,干预组患者DPEBBS总分、SAS总分、SDS总分、PSQI总分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 运动健康宣教联合有氧蹬车运动模式,能有效调动患者运动积极性,增强运动连续性,改善患者负面情绪,提高睡眠质量。

Objective To explore the effects of exercise education combined with aerobic cycling on depression,anxiety and sleep disorders in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods Eighty-eight MHD patients with anxiety,depression negative emotions and sleep disorders in the hemodialysis unit from March 2023 to September 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group,each with 44 cases.The control group was given conventional hemodialysis treatment,and the intervention group was given exercise knowledge education combined with aerobic pedaling exercise intervention on the basis of conventional hemodialysis.The patients in both groups completed the patients with MHD Exercise Benefits/Disabilities Scale(DPEBBS),the Self-Depression Rating Scale(SDS),the Anxiety Test Rating Scale(SAS),and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Inventory(PSQI) before and after the intervention,respectively.Results After 6 months of intervention,patients in the intervention group had lower DPEBBS total scores,SAS total scores,SDS total scores,and PSQI total scores than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Exercise health education combined with aerobic pedaling exercise mode can effectively mobilize patients' exercise enthusiasm,enhance exercise continuity,improve patients' negative emotions,and improve sleep quality.
