浅析硬质合金环件标准化在电机铁芯级进模中的应用

Application of carbide ring standardization in progressive die of motor core

针对电机铁芯级进模硬质合金环件规格繁多、杂乱无序、不能经济地组织规模化生产的状况,开展了环件标准化研究,依据国家优先数和优先数系标准,制定环件内、外径标准化设计规则,为环件规格标准化奠定了技术基础。通过环件标准化实践,基本实现了常用环件规格的标准化覆盖,提升了企业生产效率,降低了生产成本,取得了明显的成效。

The current situation of cemented carbide ring for motor iron core progressive die is far from satisfaction with too many specifications and such that each takes small market share and profit.In order to resolve this problem,the standard for the production of the ring was set up.Ac⁃cording to the national priority number and priority number system standards,rules of designing for the standardization of the inner and outer diameters of the ring were established and laid the technical foundation for the standardization of the ring specifications.Through the case of this practice,standardization and full coverage of ring specifications have been documented.
