摘要
近年来,机电一体化装配式建筑以其工期短、速度快、污染少、成本低的优势逐渐成为国内建筑业的发展趋势。本文基于EPC总承包模式,识别出设计、采购、实施、现场总装四个阶段的风险因素,构建包含4类风险和15项指标的机电一体化装配式项目风险评价指标体系,基于FMEA和TOPSIS的风险评价方法,其中运用FMEA确定各项风险指标的风险严重度、风险频率和风险可检测度,运用TOPSIS对风险进行评价并计算出15个风险指标的重要度排序,最后根据评价结果提出机电一体化装配式项目的风险控制措施。
In recent years,mechatronics integrated construction has gradually become a development trend in the domestic construction industry due to its advantages of short construction period,fast speed,low pollution,and low cost.This article is based on the EPC general contracting model,identifying risk factors in the four stages of design,procurement,implementation,and on-site assembly.It constructs a risk evaluation index system for electromechanical integrated assembly projects,which includes four types of risks and 15 indicators.Based on the risk evaluation methods of FMEA and TOPSIS,FMEA is used to determine the severity,frequency,and detectability of each risk indicator,and TOPSIS is used to evaluate risks and calculate the importance ranking of 15 risk indicators.Finally,based on the evaluation results,risk control measures for the electromechanical integrated assembly project are proposed.
