安徽省数字经济高质量发展路径研究——基于开放式创新视角

A Study on the High Quality Development Path of Digital Economy in Anhui Province:Based on the Perspective of Open Innovation

本文立足于安徽省数字经济发展现状,基于开放创新视角从数字设施、数字使用、数字创新三个方面,选取八个指标。搜集本地区16个地级市近三年的数据,运用信息熵计算评价指标的得分,得到各城市数字经济发展水平的综合得分和排名并进行分析,找出限制安徽省数字经济高质量发展的原因。提出通过优化数字经济发展环境、加大数字基础设施建设力度和创新人才培养路径的对策建议,希望能促进安徽省数字经济的高质量发展。

Based on the current situation of digital economy development in Anhui Province,this article selects eight indicators from three aspects:digital facilities,digital usage,and digital innovation from the perspective of open innovation.Data from 16 prefecture level cities in this region over the past three years are collected,and information entropy is used to calculate the scores of evaluation indicators,to obtain comprehensive scores and rankings of the development level of digital economy in each city,and analyze them to identify the reasons which restrict the high-quality development of digital economy in Anhui Province.Countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the development environment of the digital economy,increase the construction of digital infrastructure,and innovate talent training paths are proposed.It is expected to promote the high-quality development of the digital economy in Anhui Province.
