Against the background of accelerating the construction of Kunming national backbone cold chain logistics base,combined with the present situation of cold chain logistics industry in Kunming,this article analyzed the problems and countermeasures of Kunming cold chain logistics network layout,explored the key factors affecting the location of cold chain logistics center,identified the candidate region,used analytic hierarchy process to establish index evaluation system,and finally found out the best solution of Kunming cold chain logistics center site selection.
