摘要
变截面薄壁空心墩墩间系梁距离地面高度大,同步施工液压爬模利用率低,若采用后浇法施工,在进度、成本管控方面极具优势。本文以天眉乐高速公路变截面薄壁空心墩墩间系梁施工为背景,进行工程实例分析,从预埋件埋设、平台搭设、支架及模板安装等方面对变截面薄壁空心墩墩间系梁异步法施工进行阐述和探讨,为此类型桥梁变截面薄壁空心墩墩间系梁施工提供借鉴经验。
The distance between the beams of the variable cross-section thin-walled hollow piers and the ground is high,and the utilization rate of hydraulic climbing formwork during synchronous construction is low.If the post pouring method is used for construction,it has great advantages in progress and cost control.This article takes the construction of tie beams between variable cross-section thin-walled hollow piers on the Tianmeile Expressway as the background,analyzes engineering examples,and elaborates and discusses the construction of tie beams between variable cross-section thin-walled hollow piers using the different step method from the aspects of embedded parts burial,platform erection,support and formwork installation.This provides reference experience for the construction of tie beams between variable cross-section thin-walled hollow piers of this type of bridge.
