摘要
【目的】随着我国地震地质灾害发生的频率和规模不断增加,其已成为威胁人民生命财产安全的重要因素,提升地震地质灾害预报的准确性、及时性显得尤为重要。【方法】在分析我国地震地质灾害监测预警体系的现状及存在问题的基础上,从国家、省级和市级等三个层面提出了地震地质灾害监测预警信息共享机制建设思路与建议,并设计出一种地震地质灾害监测预警信息共享机制。【结果】通过对建设地震地质灾害监测预警网络基础设施、完善地震地质灾害数据采集与处理软件系统、搭建地震地质灾害监测预警信息共享平台、保障措施等进行研究,从而形成完整的地震地质灾害监测预警信息共享机制体系。【结论】该体系的应用能提高数据采集和处理能力及数据分析和决策水平,为我国地震地质灾害监测预警信息化建设提供理论参考和实践借鉴。
[Purposes]With the increasing frequency and scale of earthquake geological disasters in China,it has become an important factor threatening the safety of people's lives and property.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve the accuracy and timeliness of earthquake geological disaster pre-diction.[Methods]Based on the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of China's seis-mic and geological disaster monitoring and warning system,this paper proposes ideas and suggestions for the construction of a mechanism for sharing seismic and geological disaster monitoring and warning infor-mation from three levels:national,provincial,and municipal.and designs an information sharing mecha-nism for earthquake geological disaster monitoring and early warning.[Findings]Through the research on the construction of seismic geological disaster monitoring and early warning network infrastructure,the improvement of seismic geological disaster data acquisition and processing software system,the con-struction of seismic geological disaster monitoring and early warning information sharing platform,and safeguard measures,a complete seismic geological disaster monitoring and early warning information sharing mechanism system is formed.[Conclusions]The application of the mechanism can improve the ability of data collection and processing,better the level of data analysis and decision-making,and pro-vide theoretical reference and practical reference for the information con struction of earthquake geological disaster monitoring and early warning in China.
