摘要
旅游景区经营与管理课程实施混合式教学模式后,课堂出勤质量稳步改善,课堂发言有序增加,作业质量大幅提高,文明素养明显增长。为了取得更优质的教学效果,应综合采取多种策略:健全课程考核体系,激发学生内在动力;丰富平台资源类型,优化线上资源结构;熟练运用平台功能,提高线上教学成效;线下课堂走进景区,落实行知教育理念;优化课程内容结构,培养学生行业认同。
After the implementation of blended teaching mode in the course on operation and management of tourist attractions,the quality of classroom attendance has steadily improved,the class speeches have increased in an orderly manner,the homework quality has significantly improved,and cultural literacy has significantly increased.In order to achieve better teaching results,multiple strategies should be adopted comprehensively:establishing a sound curriculum assessment system to stimulate students’intrinsic motivation;enriching platform resource types to optimize the online resource structure;proficient in using platform functions to improve the effectiveness of online teaching;entering the tourist attractions to implement the concept of“the unity of knowledge and action”education;optimizing the structure of course content to cultivate students’industry identity.
