摘要
目的 探讨盆腔炎汤保留灌肠联合小剂量氟罗沙星治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法 选取2021年5月至2022年4月东明县焦楼卫生服务中心收治的72例慢性盆腔炎患者,按照抽签法分为对照组和研究组,每组各36例。对照组采用小剂量氟罗沙星治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用盆腔炎汤保留灌肠。比较两组临床疗效、炎症因子水平及不良反应发生情况。结果 研究组总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后,研究组肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-8及C反应蛋白水平均低于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 盆腔炎汤保留灌肠联合小剂量氟罗沙星治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果较好,可有效改善炎症反应,且具有安全性,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Pelvic Inflammatory Decoction retention enema combined with low-dose Fleroxacin in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 72 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease treated in Jiaolou Health Service Center of Dongming County from May 2021 to April 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the lottery method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with low-dose Fleroxacin,and the study group was treated with Pelvic Inflammatory Decoction retention enema based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,levels of inflammatory factors and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-8 and C-reactive protein in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pelvic Inflammatory Decoction retention enema combined with low-dose Fleroxacin has good clinical effect in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,which can effectively improve inflammatory response and has safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
