血清糖类抗原125、甲胎蛋白、人附睾分泌蛋白4联合癌胚抗原诊断卵巢癌的价值

Value of serum carbohydrate antigen 125,alpha-fetoprotein,human epididymis secretory protein 4 combined with carcinoembryonic antigen in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer

目的分析血清糖类抗原125(CA125)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)、人附睾分泌蛋白4(HE4)、癌胚抗原(CEA)联合检测诊断卵巢癌的价值。方法选取2020年1月至2023年1月临沂沂州医院收治的85例卵巢癌患者作为观察组,另选取同期进行健康体检的76例女性作为对照组,比较两组HE4、CEA、CA125、AFP水平,并采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线,分析HE4、CEA、CA125、AFP单独及联合检测诊断卵巢癌的价值。结果观察组HE4、CEA、CA125、AFP水平高于对照组(P<0.05);ROC曲线显示,HE4、CEA、CA125、AFP联合检测的曲线下面积大于各指标单独检测(P<0.05)。结论卵巢癌患者HE4、CEA、CA125、AFP呈异常升高状态,联合检测对卵巢癌的诊断价值较高。

Objective To analyze the value of combined detection of serum carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),alpha-fetoprotein(AFP),human epididymis secretory protein 4(HE4)and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer.Methods A total of 85 patients with ovarian cancer admitted to Linyi Yizhou Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the observation group,and 76 women who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of HE4,CEA,CA125 and AFP in the two groups were compared,and the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to analyze the value of HE4,CEA,CA125 and AFP alone and combined detection in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer.Results The levels of HE4,CEA,CA125 and AFP in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).ROC curve showed that the area under the curve of combined detection of HE4,CEA,CA125 and AFP was greater than that of each index alone(P<0.05).Conclusion HE4,CEA,CA125 and AFP are abnormally elevated in patients with ovarian cancer,and the combined detection has a high diagnostic value for ovarian cancer.
