循证护理在产后出血产妇中的应用效果

Application effect of evidence-based nursing in puerpera with postpartum hemorrhage

目的探讨循证护理在产后出血产妇中的应用效果。方法选取郯城县第一人民医院2022年6月至2023年6月收治的80例产后出血产妇为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为参照组(n=40,常规护理)、研究组(n=40,循证护理)。比较两组心理健康情况及依从性、生活质量。结果护理后两组心理健康、生活质量评分较护理前升高,且研究组高于参照组(P<0.05);研究组依从性评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理在产后出血产妇中应用,可以调节心理状态,提高生活质量、依从性。

Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in puerpera with postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A total of 80 cases of postpartum hemorrhage admitted to Tancheng County First People’s Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the reference group(n=40,routine nursing)and the study group(n=40,evidence-based nursing).The mental health,compliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of mental health and quality of life in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The compliance score of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing in puerpera with postpartum hemorrhage can adjust the mental st ate,improve their quality of life and compliance.
