双聚材料对干旱条件下多年生黑麦草幼苗生长的影响

摘要 干旱是限制工程创面植物生长发育的关键环境因子,双聚材料(Double polymers SJ)是用于边坡土体防渗固化的新型材料,对于工程扰损区植被恢复具有重要意义。本研究选择黑麦草(Lolium perenne L.)为研究材料,采用盆栽试验,分析不同干旱条件下SJ对黑麦草生长的影响,结果表明:中、重度干旱处理显著降低了黑麦草存活率、植株含水量及叶绿素含量,增加了植株·O^(2-)、H_(2)O_(2)、MDA等毒性物质的积累。添加SJ一方面提高了土壤的保水性(蒸发量减少约50%),另一方面显著增加了黑麦草植株的含水量和叶绿素含量,并降低了活性氧等有毒物质含量,有利于黑麦草生物量的积累及存活率的提高。因此,SJ的保水性及其对植物生长的促进作用,有利于干旱区工程边坡的生态修复。 Drought is the key environmental factor limiting plant growth in engineering wounds.Double polymers(SJ)are widely used to solidify engineering slope soil,enhance soil nutrient retention ability,and accelerate the vegetation restoration in engineering disturbance area.However,there are few studies focused on the effects of SJ on plant growth under different drought conditions,which greatly limits the application of SJ.In this study,Lolium perenne was taken as the material,and a pot experiment was conducted to explore the effects of three moisture gradients:controls(70%field capacity),moderate drought(40%),severe drought(20%),and two SJ treatments(add SJ and without SJ)on plant growth.The results revealed that the survival rate of L.perenne was increased by the addition of SJ,particularly under severe drought condition.Drought also reduced plant chlorophyll and water contents,but increased the contents of·O^(2-),H_(2)O_(2),and MDA.However,SJ significantly stimulated root growth and fresh biomass accumulation,increased the levels of chlorophyll,proline,and the activities of SOD,POD and CAT across all water treatments.Consequently,the contents of·O^(2-),H_(2)O_(2),and MDA decreased in the presence of SJ.In conclusion,SJ improved the tolerance of L.perenne to drought,by increasing plant water content,regulating reactive oxygen metabolism,reducing MDA accumulation,and increasing leaf chlorophyll contents and plant growth.At the same time,the increase of L.perenne growth was also conducive to the nutrient retention of slope soil,which can promote plant growth and the ecological recovery,and reduce the cost of ecological managements in the engineering disturbance damage area.
