基于PSPL调研法的老旧街区街道空间优化策略研究——以温州城西历史街区为例

Study on Optimization Strategies of Street Space in Old Blocks Based on PSPL Research Method: A Case of Wenzhou Chengxi Historical Block

在存量更新时代背景下,社会对城市中的历史街区品质的优化和提升提出了更高的要求。文章借助扬·盖尔的PSPL调研法,对城市老旧街道的公共空间品质建立评估标准,并以温州城西历史街区内的主要街巷为例,对其公共空间物质性及使用人群的行为特征进行调研分析,发现街区存在街区品质下降、文化发展乏力、活力发展不均和人群满意度分化等问题,并基于现状提出街道优化的策略性建议,为街区的更新和相关研究的发展提供一定的借鉴。

In the context of an era pursuing stock renewal,the society has put forward higher requirements for improving and optimizing the quality of historical blocks in the city.This paper employs the PSPL research method proposed by Jan Gehl,establishes a set of evaluation criteria for the public space quality in old streets located within cities.Taking the main streets and alleys situated in Chengxi Historical Block in Wenzhou as an example,this paper conducts an investigation and analysis on the material and behavioral aspects of the public space within this block,and finds several problems,including declining block quality,a lack of cultural development,uneven vitality development,and varying levels of satisfaction among the local populace.Based on these identified issues,the paper puts forward a series of strategic suggestions for optimizing these streets,which in turn serve as valuable references for future block renewal and related research development.
