绍兴古城历史街区的风貌特征与改造策略——以典型历史街区为例

The Landscape Characteristics and Renovation Strategies of Historical Neighborhoods in the Ancient City of Shaoxing:A Case of the Typical Historical Neighborhoods

绍兴古老优越的历史、文化、地理条件为其创造了独特的历史街区风貌,然而目前存在街区建筑风貌不统一、道路狭窄且坑洼不平、电路线杂乱,以及交通路线不合理等问题。文章以明代画家徐渭故居“青藤书屋”所在的前后观巷为例,基于绍兴地域特征,着重讨论分析该历史街区风貌改造的策略和措施,应用空间规划、建筑设计等方法解决现有问题和安全隐患,将以青藤书屋为核心的前后观巷历史街区打造成绍兴知名文化生活区块。

Shaoxing’s ancient and superior history,culture and geography have created a unique historical neighborhood style,but at present there are many problems,such as inconsistent architectural style of the neighborhood,narrow and uneven roads,messy electric lines,and unreasonable traffic routes,and so on.The paper takes the former residence of Ming painter Xu Wei,“Qingteng Book House”,in the front and back of Guanxiang as an example,based on the regional characteristics of Shaoxing,focuses on the discussion and analysis on the strategies and measures for the renovation of this historic neighborhood,and applies spatial planning,architectural design and other methods to solve the existing problems and safety hazards,so as to make the historical neighborhoods of Qingteng Book House in the core of front and back of Guanxiang a famous cultural and living area in Shaoxing.
