摘要
针对传统建筑外墙开裂、漏水、工序多、工期长、湿作业量大、保温层脱落、保温性能不可靠等问题,本项目构建了基于外挂墙板的外墙装配化营造方式,采用材料力学与结构力学中的相关理论与有关规范,研究了外墙所受的地震、风、防护、温度等作用,推导出外挂墙板的力学模型,分析了墙板连接节点的受力情形,并以合肥一综合楼墙体工程为例进行了实证研究。文章创新点在于构建了外挂墙板的外墙装配化技术方案,并建立了其力学模型,为外墙的装配化发展奠定了理论与应用基础。
In view of the problems of cracking,water leakage,too much processes,long construction period,large amount of wet work,falling off of insulation layer and unreliable insulation performance,etc.of traditional building exterior wall,this project constructs the assembly construction mode of exterior wall based on external wall panel,and adopts the relevant theories and specifications in material mechanics and structural mechanics.Then it studies the effects of earthquake,wind,protection and temperature on the exterior wall,deduces the mechanical model of external wall panel,and analyzes the stress situation of the connecting joint of wallboard.The paper makes an empirical study on the wall engineering of a comprehensive building in Hefei.The innovation of this paper is to construct the external wall assembly technology scheme of external wall panel,and to establish its mechanical model,which lays a theoretical and application foundation for the assembly development of external wall.
