基于SWOT-PEST模型探析四川省体育旅游业发展策略

Exploring the Development Strategy of Sports Tourism Industry in Sichuan Province Based on SWOT-PEST Mode

该文通过SWOT-PEST分析模型对四川省体育旅游发展进行交叉分析,并提出针对性建议。研究方法:采用文献资料、实地调查法对四川省体育旅游业进行研究,并基于SWOT-PEST分析模型分析。结果:四川省体育旅游现状为政府职能划分模糊、地方基础设施落后;缺少精品体育旅游项目;邻省市竞争大,本地缺少核心竞争力;“体旅”复合型人才匮乏。建议:优化顶层设计,强化公共服务管理体系,走三方协同发展道路;依托四川旅游资源优势,探索体育旅游融合发展新模式,提高核心竞争力;多方联动,完善复合型体育旅游人才培养体系。

Objective:to cross-analyze the development of sports tourism in Sichuan Province through SWOT-PEST analysis model;and put forward targeted recommendations.Research Methods:literatureandfield survey method areused to study the sports tourism industry in Sichuan Province and analyze it based on SWOT-PEST analysis model.Results:The current situation of the sports tourism inSichuan Provinceis characterized by the ambiguous division of government functionsand backward local infrastructure;thelack of high-quality sports tourism projects;thelack of local core competitiveness due to the competition from neighboring provinces and cities;and thelack of composite talents in the"sports tourism".Suggestions:optimize the top-level design,strengthen the public service management system,and followthe path of tripartite synergistic development;relying on the advantages of Sichuan'stourism resources,explore the new mode of integrated development of sports tourism and improve the core competitiveness;and improve the cultivation system of composite sports tourism talents through multi-party linkage.
