时尚元素在高校健美操课堂教学改革中的作用探究

Research on the Role of Fashion Elementssin Aerobics Classroom Teaching Reform in Colleges and Universities

该文运用文献资料法、访谈法对部分高校健美操课程开展现状进行研究,发现传统健美操强调操化动作,教学内容落后,教学方式单一,观赏性不强,视觉效果差,已经满足不了新时期大学生的学习需求。而时尚元素的动作比较时尚、多样、灵活,并具有社交性、休闲性、审美性、团体性、表演性及观赏性,且形式相对活泼,内容不拘一格,音乐流行,紧跟潮流,节奏明快,容易让人引起共鸣,增加学生之间的交流与师生互动。因此有必要在高校健美操课堂教学中融入时尚元素,激发学生的学习兴趣和积极性,让更多的学生选择该课程以提升课堂教学质量,并达成课程目标。研究结果发现,提高健美操课堂教学质量应该做到融入时尚元素,优化教学内容;改变教学方法,营造良好课堂气氛;线上线下混合教学,完美互补与衔接;突出学生的主体地位;改善课程评价方法,注重终结性评价和过程性评价。

This paper uses the method of literature and interviews to study the status quo of aerobics courses in some colleges and universities and finds that the traditional aerobics emphasizeson manipulation action,finding that the teaching content is backward,the teaching method is single,the ornamental valueis not strong,and the visual effect is poor,which can not meet the learning needs of college students in the new era.The action of fashion elements is more fashionable,diverse,flexible,and social,leisure,aesthetic,group,performance and ormamental,and the form is relatively lively,the content isunconventional,the music is popular,keepingup with the trend,fast-paced,easy to resonate,and increase the communication between students and teacher-student interaction.Therefore,it is necessary to integrate fashion elements into aerobics classroom teaching in colleges and universities to stimulate students'learning interest and initiative,so that more students can choose this course to improve the quality of classroom teaching and achieve the course objectives.The results show that to improve the quality of aerobics classroom teaching,we should integrate fashion elements and optimize the teaching content;change the teaching method and create a good classroom atmosphere;online and offline mixed teaching,perfect complement and connection;highlight the principal position of students;improve curriculum evaluation methods,pay attention to the summative evaluation and process evaluation.
