来宾市高校羽毛球运动队开展现状及对策研究

Study on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Badminton1 Teams in Colleges and Universities of Laibin

中国羽毛球队在国际上有着很高的竞技水平,同时也深深影响着高校大学生,逐渐成为大学生参与体育锻炼的主要项目。通过调查这些高校羽毛球运动队的开展现状,发现存在的问题,进而达到提高来宾市高校羽毛球运动队的竞技水平。该文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等方法,对来宾市3所高校进行调查,从教练员、运动员、球队主管领导等角度出发,收集相关数据,从中发现教练员外出培训缺乏、管理不成熟等问题,并提出科学选材、增加教练员外出培训次数、建立管理机制等对策。

China's badminton team has a high competitive level in theinternational arena,and it also deeply influenced college students,gradually becomingthe main item for college students to participate in physical exercise.Through the investigation of the badminton teams in thesecolleges anduniversities,the existing problems are found,and then the competitive level of the badminton teams in Laibin is improved.This paper adopts the literature method,questionnaire survey,expert interview,mathematical statistics method and so on,to investigate three colleges anduniversitiesin Laibin,and collects relevant datafrom the perspective of coaches,athletes,team leaders,from which it foundoutthe lack of coaches going fortraining,immature management and other problems,and putsforward the countermeasures of scientific selectionof materials,increasing the frequency of coachesgoing out for training,and establishing a management mechanism.
