With the popularizationof sking as a recreational sports activityin colleges and universities,recreational sports sking courses have gradually attracted attention.This paper focuses on the importance of recreational sports in colleges and universities,and puts forward the teaching design and implementation of sking courses.By setting clear course objectives,planning interesting course contentsand choosing flexible and diverse teaching methods,it aims to improve students'sking skills,cultivate teamwork spirit and promote physical and mental health.In the implementation phase,the paper emphasizes the preparation of teaching resources,the management of the teaching process,and problem solving and coping strategies.Through the assessment of students'learning outcomes and the effectiveness of teaching methods,it comprehensively evaluates the teaching effectiveness of recreational sports sking coursesin colleges and universitiesand provides a reference for the optimization of similar courses in the future.
