摘要
高校体育教育在现代教育中占有重要地位,兼具理论教学和实践活动。在培养创新型人才的教育背景下,高校体育教育必须转变教育理念,进行相应的调整,由单一化的体育教学模式向综合实践活动教学模式转变,实现知识、能力、素质的协调发展。
College physical education plays an important role in modern education,combining teaching theoretical teachingand practical activities.In the educational context of cultivating innovative talents,college physical educationmust make changes in educational concepts and make corresponding adjustments,shifting from a simple physical education teaching mode to a comprehensive practical activity teaching mode,so as torealize thecoordinated development of knowledge,ability,and quality.
