摘要
短跑是田径中备受关注的项目,中国顶尖短跑员目前已经达到国际水准,但是在青少年短跑训练中,部分基层教练员并没有充分地认识到无氧糖酵解系统供能能力的重要性,在训练中安排过多的最大速度训练容易使运动员产生速度障碍、引起伤病,这对于短跑运动员而言是非常致命的。因此该文在查阅相关文献及访谈专业教练员后,对青少年短跑运动员速度耐力训练方法手段及内容安排进行归纳总结。希望能够为中国青少年短跑运动员速度耐力训练实践提供科学依据及参考。
Sprintingis a popular item that attracts much attention in track and field,China's top sprinters have already reached the international level,but in the trainingof adolescent sprinting,some grass-roots coachesdonot fully recognize the importance of the energy supply ability of anaerobic glycolyticsystem,and arrange excessive maximum speed training which can easily make athletes produce speed disorder,cause injuries,and it is very fatal to the sprinters.Therefore,after reading the literature and interviewing high-level coaches,this paper summarizes the methods,means and contents of speed endurance training for young sprinters.It is hoped that this paper can provide scientific basis and reference for the practice of speed endurance training for Chinese adolescent sprinters.
