摘要
存在主义产生于第一次世界大战后,具有以人为中心、尊重人的个性发展和自由发展的特征。体育游戏的内涵与存在主义特征相似。体育游戏是以身体练习为手段,以增强体质、娱乐身心、陶冶情操为目的的体育活动。体育游戏的趣味性、合作性和竞争性特性,能培养学生的探究能力和创新精神,提高学生认识自我和认识社会的能力,为实现立德树人培养高质量人才提供体育教育基础。但近些年,随着体育游戏在课堂中的应用与发展,其出现了规则僵化、游戏设置中角色意识淡薄以及在课堂应用中缺乏情境化等问题,忽视了学生的情绪情感和社会适应能力的发展,不利于学生身体素质和心理健康的融合发展。该文运用文献资料法,通过运用存在主义思想中的具身现象学、自由、选择和责任等相关理论,对体育游戏促进学生身心发展提供可行性建议。
Existentialism originated after the First World War,which has the characteristics of people-centered,respect for human personality development and free development.At the same time,the connotation of sports games is similar to the characteristics of existentialism.Sports games are physical activities with the aims of physical practice,to enhance the physical fitness,entertain the body and mind,and edify the sentiment.The fun,cooperative and competitive characteristicsof sports games cancultivate students'inquiry ability and innovative spirit,promote students'ability to know themselves and the society,and providethefoundationofphysical education for realizing thecultivation ofhigh-quality talentsthrough establishing morality and educating people.But in recent years,with the application and development of sports games in the classroom,it has appeared the problems of rigid rules,weak role consciousness in the game setting and lackof contextualizationin the classroom,application,which neglects the students'emotional development and social adaptive ability,andis not conducive to theintegration and development of students'physical quality and mental health.This paper uses the literature method to provide feasible suggestions for promoting students'physical and mental development in sports games by applying the relevant theories of phenomenology of body,freedom,choice and responsibility in existentialism.
