仪征市农村小学体育设施器材的现状和分析

Current Situation and Analysis of Sports Facilities and Equipment in Rural Primary Schools in Yizheng City

该文运用问卷调查法、文献资料法、访谈法等方法对20所农村小学的体育设施进行调查与分析,找出问题并提出建议。调查发现,大多数农村小学的体育场地和设施的数量、质量与国家规定的标准有一定差距。体育场地缺乏且多数不达标准,场地质地、面积和结构不合理;球类、田径、体操等项目器材发展不平衡,其中球类达标率最高,其次是体操和田径类器材设施。20所农村小学的体育设施都有一定的专有资金投入,器材设施的投入占主要部分,其次是体育场地。原因主要是校领导对体育工作重要性的认识不到位,以及专有资金的经费投入结构不平衡等影响学校体育的发展。

This paper uses questionnaire survey,literature data,interview and other methods to investigate and analyze the sports facilities of 20 rural primary schools,find out the problems,and put forward suggestions.The survey found that the quantity and quality of sports venues and facility venues in most rural primary schools were far from the standards stipulated by the state.Mostofthesports venues lack and arenot up tothe standard,and the venues are unreasonablein terms of texture,area and structure;the development of equipment for ball games,track and field,gymnastics and other equipment development is not balanced,with ball games having the highestrate of meeting the standard,followed by gymnastics and track and field equipment facilities.The sports facilities of 20 rural primary schools have a certain amount of proprietary funds investment,and the equipment and facilities accounted for the main investment,followed by sports venues.The main reasonsare that the school leaders'inadequate understanding of the importance of physical education work and the imbalanced investment structure of proprietary funds affect the development of school physical education.
