呼吸肌训练对游泳专项生核心稳定性及运动成绩影响的实验研究

Experimental Study on the Influence of Respiratory Muscle Training on Core Stability and Athletic Performance of Swimming Specialty Students

摘要 为探讨呼吸肌训练对游泳专项生核心稳定性及运动成绩的影响,该研究以北京体育大学游泳学院游泳专项生12名一级运动员为实验对象,随机分为对照组和实验组进行6周的呼吸肌训练。研究结果表明,6周呼吸肌训练后,实验组的最大吸气压力(MIP)和每分最大通气量(MVV15)均有极显著性差异(P<0.01);实验组和对照组的每分最大通气量(MVV15)组间对比具有显著性差异(P<0.05);实验组前后数据对比八级俯桥具有极显著性差异(P<0.01),五级侧桥(左)具有显著性差异(P<0.05),其中八级俯桥组间对比具有显著性差异(P<0.05);实验组和对照组800m自由泳运动成绩均得到了一定的提升,虽组间对比无显著差异,但有统计学倾向性。故6周的呼吸肌训练对游泳专项生的呼吸功能和核心稳定性有提升效果,对其运动成绩也有一定的影响。 In order to explore the effects of respiratory muscle training on core stability and sports performance of swimmingspecialty students,the study took 12 first grade sportsmen from the Swimming College of Beijing Sport Universityas experimental subjects,and randomly dividedinto control and experimental groups for 6 weeks of respiratory muscle training.The results of the study showed that,after 6 weeks of respiratory muscle training,the maximum inspiratory pressure(MIP)and maximum ventilation per minute(MVV 15)were significantly different(P<0.01);the maximum ventilation(MVV15)between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05);in the experimental group,the data showed a very significant differenceon the eight-leveloverhead bridge(P<0.01),5-level side bridge(left)is significant(P<0.05),the difference between the groups of the eight-leveloverheadbridge was significant(P<0.05);the experimental group and the control group of 800m freestyle sports performance were improved to a certain extent,although there were no significant differences between the groups,but there is a statistical tendency.Therefore,the 6-week respiratory muscle training can improve the respiratory function and core stability of swimming specialty students,and also has a certain impact on their sports performance.
