新时代下中学排球专项训练中融入女排精神的研究——以广安友谊中学为例

近几年,国家十分注重女排精神的宣传及学习,尤其随着排球技战术的不断变化及改进,女排精神融入排球专项训练也需要与时俱进。排球作为三大球的代表之一,也是中学学校的体育课程之一,由此可以看出排球运动是一项广为参与的运动项目。在一定程度上,排球对于锻炼身体素质有着比较重大的意义,对提高身体素质也有比较大的帮助,是一项强身健体的运动项目。该文通过女排精神的融入,运用女排故事引领排球课程教学,在教学过程中,更好地传递女排精神,培养优秀排球学子,在训练中提高广安友谊中学排球运动队排球专项技战术水平。

In recent years,the country has paid much attention to the promotion and learning of the Spirit of ChineseWomen's Volleyball Team,especially with the continuous changes and improvements ofvolleyball techniques and tactics,the integration of the Spirit of ChineseWomen's Volleyball Team into volleyball specialized training also needs to keep up with the times.Volleyball,as one of the representatives of the three major balls,is also one of the physical education courses in secondary schoolsphysical education,which shows that volleyball is a widely participated sport.To a certain extent,volleyball is of great significance for exercising physical fitness and is also of great help in improving physical fitness,which is a strong and healthy sports event.Through the integration of the Spirit of ChineseWomen's Volleyball Team and the use of ChineseWomen's Volleyball Team stories to guide volleyball course teachingtobetter convey the Spirit of ChineseWomen's Volleyball Team,to cultivate excellent volleyball students,and to improve the volleyball specialized technical and tactical level of the volleyball team of Guang'an Youyi Middle School in training.
