冰雪类项目训练在初中体育课程教学中的研究

A Study of Ice and Snow Sports Items Training in Middle School Physical Education Curriculum Teaching

该文基于冰雪类项目训练的背景以及在初中体育课程教学中加入冰雪类项目训练的意义,简要阐述了目前初中体育课程教学中开展冰雪类项目训练的难点,并从6个角度提出了冰雪类项目训练在初中体育课程教学中的开展策略,包括重视冰雪项目基础知识教学、提高冰雪项目实际训练强度、带领学生观摩冰雪项目赛事、提高冰雪类项目的宣传力度、加强冰雪项目基础设施建设、强化师资团队冰雪项目能力,希望在丰富该领域研究成果的同时,推动中国中学体育教学持续发展,提高冰雪类项目训练质量。

Based on the background of ice and snow sports items training and the significance of incorporating ice and snow sports training into middle school physical education curriculum teaching,this paper briefly elaborates on the difficulties in carrying out ice and snow sports training in current middle school physical education curriculum teachingfrom six perspectives,which includes paying attention to the teaching of basic knowledge of ice and snow sports,improving the actual training intensity of ice and snow sports.We also propose strategies for the development of ice and snow sports training in middle school physical education curriculum from six angles,including emphasizing the teaching of basic knowledge of ice and snow sports,increasing the intensity of actual training,leadingstudents to observe ice and snow sports events,increasing the publicity of ice and snow sports,strengthening the infrastructure construction of ice and snow sports,and enhancing the ability of teaching staff to participate in ice and snow projects.It is hoped that whileenriching theresearch results in this field,it willpromote the sustainable development of physical education teaching in middle schools in China and improve the trainingquality of ice and snow sports.
