Exploration of Innovation in Ice and Snow Sports Teaching Based on the Background of the Winter Olympics

该文基于在初中体育教学中引入冰雪体育项目的意义,从5个角度提出了初中冰雪体育教学的创新策略,包括建立由上至下的冰雪体育教学意识、积极开展冰雪项目基础知识教学、通过分解动作快速提升学生技能水平、利用游戏化教学强化学生参与积极性。希望在丰富该领域研究成果的同时,能够提升初中冰雪体育教学质量,提高学生身体素质以及运动精神。

Based on the significance of introducing ice and snow sports items in junior high school physical education teaching,this paper proposes innovative strategies for junior high school ice and snow sports teaching from five perspectives,including establishing a top-to-bottom awareness of ice and snow sports teaching,active teaching of basic knowledge of ice and snow sports items,rapid improvement ofstudents'skill through decomposition ofmovements,and the use of gamification to strengthen students'motivation to participate.It is hopedthat while enriching the research results in this field,the quality ofjunior highschool ice and snow sports teachingcan be improved,and students'physical fitness and sportsmanshipcan be enhanced.
