摘要
冲片是发电机的关键和核心部件,也是电机上批量最大的零件,为了提高产品质量、提升生产效率、降低生产成本,对手工作业的冲片涂漆生产线进行自动化改造,开发基于机器人与视觉识别的自动上下料系统,用机器人代替人在有害环境下作业,提升综合效益,方案实施后,达到了预期的效果,为日后实现数字化工厂的转型升级奠定基础。
Laminations is the key and core component of the generator and the largest part in batch.In order to improve product quality,improve production efficiency and reduce production costs,it is decided to carry out automatic transformation of the Coating Production Line in the hand-work industry,to develop an automatic feeding and unloading system based on robot and visual recognition,to replace people working in harmful environment with robots and to improve comprehensive benefits.After the implementation of the scheme,the expected effect has been achieved.It lays a foundation for the transformation and upgrade of digital factories in the future.
