抽水蓄能机组动态绝缘降低的分析

摘要 抽水蓄能机组转动部分的动态异常状况的排查和消缺一直是机组调试及维护过程中的难点。本文主要记录了某电站调试中遇到的机组转动部分对地绝缘下降的问题。通过屏柜因素的排除,机组机械部分的合理拆分以及动静态结合排查缺陷的方式,将此问题圆满解决。文中主要对分析过程和处理过程进行了较详细的描述。 The investigation and elimination of the dynamic abnormal condition of the rotating part of the pumped-storage unit is always the difficulty in the commissioning and maintenance of the unit.The problem of insulation decline of unit rotation part to ground encountered in the commissioning of a power station is mainly recorded in this paper.Through the way of elimination of protective panel factors,the reasonable split of the mechanical part of the unit and the combined dynamic and static inspection of defects,the problem has successfully been solved.The analysis process and processing process are described in detail in thus paper.
