miR-129-3p、miR-129-5p表达对急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭患者抗心室重构治疗短期预后的预测效能

摘要 目的探讨miR-129-3p、miR-129-5p对急性心肌梗死(AMI)合并心力衰竭(HF)患者抗心室重构治疗短期预后的预测效能。方法选取2020年3月至2021年2月金华市中心医院收治的87例AMI合并HF患者为研究对象,比较抗心室重构治疗有效与无效患者治疗前及治疗1、2个月后miR-129-3p、miR-129-5p表达水平,采用ROC曲线分析miR-129-3p、miR-129-5p对抗心室重构治疗短期预后的预测效能。结果抗心室重构治疗2个月后有效(显效+有效)62例,为有效组;无效25例,为无效组。治疗2个月后有效率为71.3%。两组患者治疗前miR-129-3p、miR-129-5p表达水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗1、2个月后miR-129-3p、miR-129-5p表达水平均明显升高,且有效组均明显高于无效组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。miR-129-3p、miR-129-5p单独及联合预测抗心室重构治疗短期预后的AUC分别为0.816、0.817和0.934。结论miR-129-3p、miR-129-5p检测对AMI合并HF患者抗心室重构治疗短期预后具有一定的预测效能,且两者联合检测效能更优。 Objective To investigate the predictive performance of miR-129-3p and miR-129-5p on the short-term outcome after antiventricular remodeling therapy in acute myocardial infarction(AMI)patients complicated with heart failure(HF).Methods Eighty-seven AMI patients with HF admitted to Jinhua Central Hospital from March 2020 to February 2021 were included.The expression of miR-129-3p and miR-129-5p were compared between improved and unimproved patients before and after 1 and 2 months of antiventricular remodeling therapy.ROC curve analysis was used to evaluate the predictive efficacy of miR-129-3p and miR-129-5p expression on short-term outcome after antiventricular remodeling therapy.Results After antiventricular remodeling therapy,62 cases showed improvement(improved group),while 25 cases showed no improvement(umimproved group).After 2 months of treatment,the effective rate was 71.3%.There was no significant difference in the expression levels of miR-129-3p and miR-129-5p between the two groups before treatment(all P>0.05).The expression of miR-129-3p and miR-129-5p increased significantly after 1 and 2 months of treatment in both groups,which were significantly higher in the improved group than in the umimproved group(all P<0.05).The AUCs of miR-129-3p,miR-129-5p alone and in combination for predicting heart function improvement were 0.816,0.817,and 0.934,respectively.Conclusion The detection of miR-129-3p and miR-129-5p can predict the short-term efficacy of antiventricular remodeling therapy in AMI patients with HF,and the combined detection efficiency is better.
