基于知识驱动的工装快速变型设计系统研究与开发

摘要 将知识工程技术和模块化设计思想融入工装设计,以解决航空发动机工装设计效率低下和设计知识无法重用的问题。首先采用层次模块化方法构建工装设计知识库,将设计知识进行分类存储;然后针对实例主观权重和客观权重系数分配问题,提出一种基于模糊层次分析法和相似度离差信息合成法的组合权重,采用改进的最近相邻法计算实例的全局相似度,在已有实例模板基础上进行实例推理变型设计;最后利用NX二次开发技术开发工装快速设计原型系统,并通过实例验证原型系统的可靠性和实用性,实现了以知识驱动的工装快速设计,提高了工装设计知识的继承性和重用度,缩短了产品研发周期,降低了生产制造成本。 Knowledge engineering technology and modular design idea are integrated into tooling design to solve the problems of low efficiency and reuse of design knowledge in aero-engine tooling design.Firstly,the knowledge base of tooling design is constructed by hierarchical modularization method,and the design knowledge is classified and stored.Then,aiming at the problem of assigning subjective weight and objective weight coefficient of cases,a combined weight based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and similarity deviation information synthesis method is proposed,and the global similarity of cases is calculated by improved nearest neighbor method,and case-based reasoning variant design is carried out on the basis of existing case templates.Finally,the prototype system of tooling rapid design is developed by NX secondary development technology,and the reliability and practicability of the prototype system are verified by examples,which realizes the knowledge-driven tooling rapid design,improves the inheritance and reuse of tooling design knowledge,shortens the product development cycle and reduces the manufacturing cost.
