摘要
单细胞测序技术发明至今,因其能探索组织内单个细胞异质性并通过分析其结果从而获得不同组织、器官、细胞的基因表达谱,在肿瘤、心血管、内分泌等诸多医学领域都有突破性的进展。近年来,单细胞测序技术在骨质疏松诊疗中的应用逐年增多且仍有巨大潜力。本文就单细胞测序技术的基本方法及近3年在骨质疏松方面的应用进行归纳总结,以期为临床诊疗骨质疏松提供新方法。
Since the invention of single cell RNA sequencing,it has made breakthroughs in many medical fields,such as oncology,cardiovascular,and endocrinology,because of its ability to explore the heterogeneity of individual cells in tissues and to obtain the gene expression profiles of different tissues,organs,and cells by analysis of the result.In recent years,the application of single⁃cell sequencing technology in osteoporosis has been increasing year by year and still has great potential.This paper summaries the basic method of single⁃cell sequencing technology and its application in osteoporosis in the past three years,with a view to provide new method for clinical diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis diseases.
