摘要
文章旨在明确智能建筑设计在智慧城市发展中的作用,研究结合项目实践,利用建筑信息模型(BIM)技术,对智慧城市发展中的智能建筑设计项目进行详细阐述。结果发现,智能建筑设计可以提高建筑物的智能化水平和能源利用效率,为推动智慧城市的可持续发展和居民生活质量提供了支持。
The article aims to clarify the role of intelligent building design in the development of smart cities,and to study the use of BIM building information modeling technology in combination with project practice to provide a detailed explanation of intelligent building design projects in the development of smart cities.It was found that intelligent building design can improve the intelligence level and energy utilization efficiency of buildings,providing support for promoting the sustainable development of smart cities and the quality of life of residents.
