农村校长在地化教育领导力的实践路径——基于任职十年村小校长的叙事探究

摘要 农村学校开展在地化教育是农村教育与一方水土的教育情境相衔接、推进农村教育现代化的重要抓手,其中校长创造性地运用教育资源与环境共同促进农村学校与学生发展至关重要。通过对一位任职十年村小校长的访谈发现:校长的办学理念更重视实质理性;提升利益相关主体理念认同的更好方式是目睹感受看变化;创新学校在地化教育的实施路径应是内生发展的主动能为;促进农村学生核心素养提升要以共识发展为主。对此,在明晰农村教育在地化变革实践逻辑的基础上,应促进教育共同体在地教育理念认同;设计在地化课程框架、夯实学校在地化教育实施路径;推进双重评价机制改革、构建农村学校立德树人的在地化教育场域。 The development of localized education in rural schools is an important means to link rural education with the educational situation in one area and promote the modernization of rural education.The creative use of the educational resources and environment by principals to jointly promote the de-velopment of rural schools and students is crucial.Through an interview with a village primary school principal who has served for ten years,it is found that the principals school running concept should pay more attention to the substantive rationality;a better way to enhance the concept identity of stakeholders is to witness the feelings and see the changes;the implementation path of local education in innovative schools should be the initiative of endogenous develop-ment;to promote the core literacy of rural students,consensus development should be the main approach.In this regard,we should promote the recognition of the educational communitys concept of local education on the basis of clarifying the practical logic of the reform of rural education in localization;desig-ning the framework of localization curriculum and tamping the implementation path of localization education in schools;we will promote the reform of the dual evaluation mechanism and build a local education field for rural schools to cultivate virtue and cultivate people.
