乡村教育信息化的现实隐忧与消解路径——以关系正义为视角

摘要 教育信息化作为振兴乡村教育的重要依托,是推进城乡教育公平发展的有力手段。当前,我国高度重视乡村教育信息化的基础设施建设,在信息化设备方面向乡村地区倾斜,努力实现信息化教育资源的分配正义。分配正义是乡村教育信息化的基础,但亦有其力所不能及之处。乡村教育在信息化发展中所面临的硬件设施落后的刻板印象、教师信息素养的实践缺场和教育资源文化背景的疏离等问题,需要在关系正义的视域下加以审视。因此,乡村教育信息化的发展要在保持分配正义的基础上追求关系正义,澄明乡村教育信息化的诉求与限度、提升乡村教师队伍的信息素养、构建城乡双向流通的教育资源体系,从而保障乡村教育信息化发展行稳致远。 As an important basis for revitalizing rural education,education informatization is a powerful way of promoting the equitable development of urban and rural education.At present,China attaches great importance to the infrastructure construction of rural education informatization,tilts towards ru-ral areas in terms of informatization equipment,and strives to achieve distributive justice in informatization education resources.Distributive justice is the foundation of rural education informatization,but there are still some problems which can't be solved.There are some issues that need to be considered in the context of relational justice,which conclude the stereotype of backward hardware facilities,the absence of teachers'information literacy in practice,and the alienation of the cultural context of educational resources.Therefore,the development of rural education informatization should pursue relational justice while maintaining distributive justice.We should clarify the demands and limits of rural education informatization,improve the information literacy of rural teachers,and build a two-way educational resource system for urban and rural areas,so as to ensure that the development of rural education informati-zation will be stable and far-reaching.
