基于数字仿真的折弯机挠度补偿性能预测优化

摘要 通过对液压板料折弯机的结构分析,构建折弯机数字仿真性能预测模型,并将性能预测结果与试验实测值进行比对,关键部位预测精度达到96%以上。提出以上、下模位移差曲线的直线度作为折弯角度一致性的评价指标,开展液压挠度补偿力优化,基于折弯机数字仿真模型开展挠度补偿性能预测,对比不同液压挠度补偿力作用下的折弯机性能,发现当液压挠度补偿力为折弯压力的7/12时位移差曲线的直线度最高,直线度误差最大降低约40.9%;同步开展折弯试验,试验中当液压挠度补偿力设置为折弯压力的7/12时折弯角度一致性达到最小值,折弯角度一致性误差最大降低约55.5%,试验结果与预测结果保持一致。 Based on the structure analysis of the hydraulic sheet bending machine,a digital simulation performance prediction model is built for a bending machine.The displacement prediction accuracy of the essential components reaches 96%comparing the performance prediction results with the experimental values.Taking the straightness of the displacement difference curve between the upper mold and the lower mold as the evaluation index for the consistency of the bending angle,the hydraulic deflection compensation force was optimized,and the deflection compensation performance prediction was carried out based on the digital simulation prediction model,and the per-formance of the bending machine under different hydraulic deflection compensation forces was compared.The straight-ness error of the displacement difference curve reaches the minimum when the hydraulic deflection compensation force is 7/12 of the bending pressure.Straightness error is reduced by about 40.9%.Simultaneously the consistency of the bending angle reaches the minimum when the hydraulic deflection compensation force is set to 7/12 of the bending pressure in the bending test.The bending angle consistency error is reduced by about 55.5%.The test results are consistent with the predicted results.
