基于增强现实的电梯智能检验技术研究

Research on intelligent inspection technology of elevator based on augmented reality

当前,检验检测领域智能化水平要求不断提高,对于快速检测、智能检测、在线检测、云检测等亟需的关键技术要求建立智能化检测平台,将增强现实(Augmented Reality,AR)智能设备与电梯新检规TSG T7001—2023《电梯监督检验和定期检验规则》中要求音像记录的关键检验项目相结合,通过AR智能装备的硬件佩戴与软件编辑能够实现电梯检验过程音像记录,实现电梯检验标准作业流程编辑与任务发布,并能通过配置设备知识库、远程协助、动/静态远程标注等功能,在线解决电梯检验过程中遇到的疑难问题。AR智能装备与电梯检验项目结合,在提高电梯检验人员工作效率与实现检验流程标准化的同时,增加了检验结果的科学性、准确性和可追溯性。

With the ever-demanding requirements of the State Administration for Market Regulation on the intelligent level in the field of inspection and detection,an intelligent detection platform is established for emerging key technologies such as rapid detection,intelligent detection,online detection,cloud detection and others to combine the augmented reality(AR)intelligent equipment with the key inspection items that require audio-visual recording in the new elevator inspection regulation TSG T7001-2023 Regulation for Loft Supervisory Inspection and Periodical Inspection.Through the platform,the audio-visual recording of elevator inspection process can be realized through hardware wearing and software editing of AR intelligent equipment,and the editing and task release of elevator inspection standard operating procedures can be provided.It can solve the problems encountered in elevator inspection online by configuring equipment knowledge base,remote assistance,dynamic/static remote labeling and other functions.The combination of AR intelligent equipment and elevator inspection items can not only improve the efficiency of elevator inspectors and standardize the inspection process,but also increase the scientificity,accuracy and traceability of inspection results.
