摘要
定位控制是堆垛机控制系统关键组成部分,运动过程中位置数据反馈直接影响堆垛机的速度控制及定位精度控制。文中介绍里定位控制的相对认址和绝对认址方式,通过分析这2种认址,阐述了PLC控制变频器调速、网络通信方式、二维码传感器和二维码定位的绝对认址方式,从而实现了堆垛机定位控制平滑调速和精确定位以及定位控制的安全保护。
Positioning control is a key part of the control system of the stacker.The feedback of position data in the movement process directly affects the speed control and positioning accuracy control of the stacker.In this paper,the relative addressing and absolute addressing in positioning control are introduced.By analyzing the above two addressing methods,the speed regulation of frequency converter controlled by PLC,network communication mode,two-dimensional code sensor and absolute addressing of two-dimensional code positioning are explained,thus realizing the smooth speed regulation and accurate positioning of stacker positioning control and the safety protection of positioning control.
