摘要
文中针对某码头岸边集装箱起重机远程视觉系统在雷雨季发生的大面积损坏,对照相关标准和行业经验对接地和防雷系统进行了全面梳理和回顾,检查并弥补了其中的薄弱环节,在码头现场检查工艺设计以及设备的施工情况,测量、采集、分析了相关数据,并结合设备返厂维修报告分析雷电浪涌可能的进入通道,咨询走访防雷相关企业,并邀请专家至现场勘查,从不同角度进行事故原因分析。经过长时间分析、改进和观察,事故导致的设备损坏已大为减少,问题也得到了初步解决。最后,总结出在现有岸边集装箱起重机防雷方案中远程视觉系统需要重点注意的防雷设计以及施工工艺,同时为进一步定量的数据采集和分析工作作出了安排。
Considering the fact that the remote vision system of a quay container crane was damaged in a large area during the thunderstorm season,based on relevant standards and industry experience,the grounding and lightning protection system was comprehensively reviewed,and the weak links were checked and corrective measures were taken.The process design and equipment construction were checked at the quay site,and the relevant data were measured,collected and analyzed.Combined with the report of equipment returning to factory for maintenance,the possible access channels of lightning surge were analyzed,consultations and visits with lightning protection related enterprises were conducted,and relevant experts were invited to conduct on-site investigation,so as to analyze the cause of accident from different dimensions.After a long period of analysis,improvement and observation,the equipment damage caused due to accident was greatly reduced,and problems were initially solved.Finally,the lightning protection design and construction technology of remote vision system that should be paid attention to in the existing lightning protection plan of quayside container crane are summarized,and arrangements for further quantitative data acquisition and analysis are put forward.
